We are very professional in providing quality craftsmanship to accomplish the job that you need completed We use several products to apply onto a home once it is constructed, which are provided by Heritage Log Homes. The first application of the Woodguard preservative is provided by Heritage as part of the warranty program. Thereafter we offer a maintenance program for your home. This includes pressure washing, staining and clean up. All of this to ensure satisfaction of your log home for many years.

Monkton Manor Specialties, Inc. teaches for the Maryland Association of Appraisers. In our course we discuss how a log home is built, what is necessary for the maintenance of a log home and ultimately how to place a value on a log home. A fair appraisal value will be based on the condition, location, construction and age of a log home.
